What are your trading hours?​

What do I do if the machine I have hired has a problem or fault?

Call us on (03) 9555 1116 and one of our technicians will be in contact with you quickly to find the best solution for you.

What if Vicaccess doesn’t have the equipment I need?

If we haven’t got the scissor lift or boom lift you need for your job in stock. We will work to source it for you.

I have a job outside of Victoria, can Vicaccess get me the equipment I need?

Yes! We have built relationships with equipment rental businesses all over Australia. If you need a boom lift or scissor lift we will do our best to source one at the best price for you, no matter where you are.

What if I am unsure about the equipment I need for my job?

Vicaccess offer no obligation site inspections throughout metropolitan Melbourne, free of charge. Alternatively, we can recommend equipment based on photo images and google maps. Not sure what you need, call us on (03) 9555 1116.

What equipment requires a license or certification to use?

All boom lifts capable of reaching above 11m require a WorkSafe WP license. While some sites require you to have a yellow card when using scissor lifts and smaller boom lifts.

Do Vicaccess offer training and licensing for boom lifts and scissor lifts?

Vicaccess offer yellow card certification for scissor lifts and smaller boom lifts at our facility in Clayton South. Call us to book on (03) 9555 1116. If you need the Worksafe WP License, give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.
